Refund policy

At Retro Games USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in the original packaging with all accessories included, and accompanied by your original order confirmation or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of use, damage, or missing accessories.

Defective or Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@retrogames-official.us with photos of the issue. We will cover return shipping and send you a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Defective Returns (Change of Mind)

If you changed your mind, you may still return the item within 30 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and the item must be unused and in original condition.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Email us at support@retrogames-official.us with your order number and the item you'd like instead.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@retrogames-official.us with your order number and reason for return. Wait for our team to send you return instructions. Ship the item back following our instructions. Once received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5 business days. Do not ship items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company as posting can take several business days, then contact your bank. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, email us at support@retrogames-official.us.
